Don’t you just love Friday’s? It’s always a day to look forward to. The gateway to the weekend.
Any special plans this weekend?
I am super excited since I am shooting a very special event this weekend, a Quinceanera, and I am looking forward to it so much. Let’s just hope the rain stays way long enough for me to get some stunning images! Either way, we will rock it out!
Being that it’s Friday, I decided to continue with my FIF installments so here is today’s Fix-It-Friday post brought to us again by I Heart Faces!
Please enjoy this beautiful image shot by Angie Arthur of her stunningly beautiful daughter. Again, I did not shoot this portrait, Angie did, so go on over
and show her some love!
Here is the original image, Straight Out Of Camera (SOOC):

Here is my edited version:

The original version, SOOC, as beautiful as it is, was a little washed out for me so I livened up the colors a bit and that was it. The image is stunning as is so I was happy to adjust the levels a bit and I loved the result.
Here is a B & W edit done by Rachel Durik.

How do you like the B&W in comparison to the colored images? What percentage of images do you think should be in B & W per collection?
I’d love to hear what you think.
Head on over to the I Heart Faces page and check out over 100 other edits
of this wonderful image.
Blessings! <3
